At Lilac and Mila, we want you to love your new pieces as much as we do. If you change your mind for any reason we will gladly accept your return on ALL ITEMS ( including sale items) for a store credit or exchange subject to the following conditions:


  • The Item is returned to us within 60 Days of Purchase. 
  • Gift Cards & Store Credits never expire giving you all the time you need to find the perfect pieces.
  • Items must be in original condition, with tags attached and unworn.
  • Items with makeup marks, perfume or stains will not be accepted.
  • Lilac and Mila does not provide a refund for a change of mind, incorrect size or faults made by the customer.
  • Once we have received your items your store credit/ exchange will be processed. Please allow 2-3 business days for returns to be processed.
  • Your name and order number can be found on the parcel 

Please note that items purchased with a store credit cannot be returned. Swim also cannot be returned for Hygiene reasons. 



We unfortunately do not offer exchanges.



Once we  have received your return, we will issue your store credit via Gift Card, this can be used on all items in store. Our gift cards don’t expire giving you all the time to find the perfect replacement item.



You can now return items purchased on sale for a STORE CREDIT within 60 days of purchase. This includes orders purchased with a first purchase discount, Influencer codes, storewide sales, marked down items etc…


If you feel like your item is faulty please email us at within 3 days of receiving the item. Please make sure to include an image and description of the fault. Our customer service team will treat this as a top priority.

Please note that every effort is made to portray items accurately. Please be advised all computer screen colour settings vary and photoshoot lighting can affect the way products appear on the viewing monitor. We cannot be held responsible for any colour discrepancies. We will make every effort possible to display our products as clearly and accurately as possible.



We like to make your experience with us as hassle free as possible! We now offer Free Returns on all full priced Australian Orders. This means that we cover the return cost of your return with our Pre-paid Australia Post Labels. To access your label – please follow the instructions under our ‘ BOOK A RETURN’ section.

Please note that Orders purchased with a store credit, discount code or rewards voucher are not eligible for free returns.

On the portal, You will be asked to select one of the following 3 options, please select the one that applies to your order:

  • My order was purchased at full price
  • My order was purchased using a discount code, rewards voucher or store credit.
  • My order was faulty/ wrong item received.

Free Return Shipping will apply to all full priced orders. Please note that Incorrect details entered via our Returns portal regarding your order will lead to a $8.95 return fee directly deducted from your store credit:

Please not that Subject to our obligations under the Australian Consumer Law and similar legislation, items sent back via our customer's own shipping method means that we cannot be held responsible for shipping and handling of any returned items. If the package does not reach us safely we will not be able to complete exchange ,we strongly recommend sending via a traceable method for peace of mind and to retain proof of postage until you have received confirmation that your return has been processed.

Duties, Taxes and VAT are not refunded on international returns.
