How much does shipping cost?
Shipping within Australia is offered at $8.95. Please note that all our Shipping is Express.
International Shipping is of $18.95.
Can I return my order?
Orders can be returned back to us for store credit within 21 days of receiving it. Your store credit is valid for 12 months.
If you wish to Return an item, you must email us at firstname.lastname@example.org so that we can issue you with our address and a returns number.
Please note all items purchased on sale or with a discount code are final.
How long will it tak to receive my order?
All our shipping is Express. Therefore you can expect to receive your order within 1-3 business days.
Please Note that in busy periods, lead times may increase.
How can I track my order?
Once you order is dispatched you will receive shipping confirmation, along with tracking details for your order.
If you don't receive one, do not hesitate to reach out.
I haven't received my item. What can I do?
I'd like to make some changes to my order! Can I do that?
How come I am being charged the same for Express as normal shipping?

Items must however be in original condition, unused with tags and packaged for an Exchange/ Store Credit to be issued.
All items can be sent back exchanged except: ALL SALE ITEMS. This includes items bought with discount codes such as Boxing Day discounts, Black Friday, 12 Days of Christmas etc... and Swimwear ( for hygiene reasons)
If you feel like your item is faulty or have any questions regarding our returns policy please email email@example.com and we will get back to you with priority.
Please note that every effort is made to portray items accurately. Please be advised all computer screen colour settings vary and photoshoot lighting can affect the way products appear on the viewing monitor. We can not be held responsible for any colour discrepancies. We will make every effort possible to display our products as clearly and accurately as possible.
How To Proceed with Returns?
Note: the shipping for returns will be at the costumer’s expense therefore we recommend that you get a tracking number for the items.
Once we have received your items, we do our best to make the process our priority to either exchange or return the good to you as soon as we can. Please allow a 2 business days for us to process your return and organise a new item to be sent out or processing your store credit
