How do I organise my return?
If you are in Australia, you can now return your items via our Australia Post Returns Portal which you can access here >> https://return.auspost.com.au/LILAC_AND_MILA
You will have the option to print out a label or download a code depending on your preference. From there all you need to do is package your pieces and drop it off at your nearest Aus Post Parcel Point.
We offer free returns on all full priced orders. Please note that Incorrect details entered via our Returns portal regarding your order will lead to a $8.95 return fee directly deducted from your store credit.
We offer a flat rate of $9.95 and Free Australian Shipping for all orders over $90. For more information and international shipping rates please view our Shipping information page.
We aim to have all Australian orders shipped the same day if placed before 2 pm (AEST). Once shipped Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to reach you. Please refer to our Shipping Information page for further details.
We offer Free Returns on all full priced domestic orders. This means that orders purchased with a store credit, discount code and loyalty voucher do not qualify for free returns. You can access your Free Return Label via our Start A Return Tab.
You can return ALL your items for a store credit or exchange within 60 days of Purchase. Please double check our full Return Policy on our returns page for any further requirements.
If you are unsure what size to get – please have a little look at the measurements in the product description if available. We also have a general size guide which you can access via our ‘ Size Guide’ page . If you need any further help our Lilac and Mila customer service are always happy to help with all your sizing questions, they will often even try the garments on for you to help you decide.
We do our best to restock all your favourite items. If am item is out of stock please contact us via our contact form below and we will endeavour to reply to you asap to let you know if and when an item will be restocked. In the case that an item isn’t restocked – we will pop you on our returns list so that you are notified if we receive one. If you would like to be notified when an item is restocked, select the product and size you want and click on "Notify Me" to enter your email.
We are not able to make changes or cancellations after your order has been placed – this is because we start processing them immediately after they are placed. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org immediately after placing your order and we will do our best to assist you. We apologize for any inconvenience.
Depending on your settings and host, your mail may have been directed to a junk or ‘Promotions’ folder. If you can’t locate your email – don’t hesitate to get in touch with us.
If you have been gifted a Lilac and Mila gift card and wish to return an item, that’s not a problem we can arrange this for you. Gift cards are the same as normal payments – therefore our return policy applies the same.
We accept all the major payment methods on our website including Paypal, AMEX, Mastercard, Maestro, Visa etc. We also offer a number of payment plan options. This includes Afterpay, Klarna and Laybuy. Please note that we of course also have Paypal available. If you do not see your preferred payment method on our website, please email us at email@example.com
After you have added all the items to your cart, please go to PROCEED TO CHECKOUT. You will then have the option to add your discount code or promo code to your order. Please note, only one discount code can be redeemed per order.
Yes. Our system allows for store credits and discount codes to be redeemed at once. All you have to do is pop both the codes in. Please note that two discount codes cannot be used on the same order.
